BeachKaya self catering holiday house is located within Khamanga Bay Private Residential Estate in Chintsa West, approx. 30 minutes north of East London, on the Wild Coast Jikeleza Route.
BeachKaya is just a short stroll from the beach. Your private beach access (via a locked gate) is about 100m from the house, where you can choose from a sandy beach break right in front, a tidal pool on the left, and a lovely, protected bay on the right. Both the tidal pool and the protected bay are perfect for children and people of all ages just wanting to swim and play without worrying about waves. If you are looking for a pristine, yet quiet and secluded beach, you certainly have found it here.

BeachKaya has 4 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet.
BeachKaya can sleep a total of 7 guests, adults or children. All linen and towels, kitchen utensils and other practical necessities as expected in a fully functional beach house are included.

Your host Evie (she manages all arrivals and departures) will meet you at the Khamanga Bay Entrance Gate on arrival.
She will take you to the house, hand over keys, and show you all that you need to know in the house. Should there be any questions or issues during your stay, she will also be your contact person during your stay.
In regards to load shedding, we don’t have anything “large” like a generator, but we have some appliances that will help….
– House has solar geyser
– Small UPS to keep wifi going for a few hours + larger UPS to keep the TV / Streaming going for a few hours
– Rechargeable lamps in every bedroom
– Small gas bottle and gas cooker in the kitchen
– Outdoor braai
It helps to keep an eye on the load shedding app [ESP – Cintsa West 2(12)] to be prepared….
